Purchases made on our site, as with all purchases made by phone or mail, are protected by Legislative Decree 185 dated 22 May 1999, which makes it possible for the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, since these purchases take place outside of normal sales premises.
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from the receipt of goods.
This right consists of the ability to return the purchased goods to the supplier without penalties and without specifying the reason, and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal applies to physical persons who acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made through retailers and businesses are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending written communication by means of registered letter with return receipt, within 10 working days of receipt of goods, to: Granatastore Piazza Castello,10. 10123 Turin.
The communication may also be sent, within the same time period, by telegram or e-mail, as long as it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours.
This communication must contain the codes of the products to be returned, as well as instructions on reimbursement of the costs sustained (money order, bank transfer, etc.) and bank account details.
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, in their original packaging, to the same address.
Once the goods are received we will we will credit the customer the cost of returned products in the shortest time possible, withholding the amount of postage that will be charged to the customer, if necessary.
